The All Elements story
Founded in 2009 as All Elements Design.Manage.Build, All Elements was created to streamline luxury home building by ensuring seamless communication between designers, construction teams, and clients. Our in-house approach delivers superior craftsmanship, premium materials, and bold architectural statements.

Our Generational High-Performance Homes are designed to stand the test of time, incorporating Net Zero construction that will benefit future generations.
Our Generational Homes are up to 80% more energy-efficient than typical new builds. ‘Net Zero’ is achieved through renewable energy systems, so that they produce as much clean energy as the house consumes. Built with materials that reduce embodied carbon, these homes are at the forefront of eco-sustainability. Every element of the house works together to regulate temperature, prevent drafts, and filter allergens, resulting in exceptional comfort and unparalleled energy performance.

Director of All Elements
Meet Our Founder
Kim's construction, building, and architectural roots run deep, dating back to her childhood in Penticton. As a young girl, Kim would spend her days sitting in the driveways of her neighbours’ homes, drawing them as they stood.
Kim began working in local architecture firms at 14. She completed her university education in California and worked there, as well as in Vancouver and Australia, before coming home to the Okanagan Valley.
Before founding All Elements in 2009, Kim worked as a Construction Project Manager for various commercial, institutional, and residential projects with prestigious local firms.
Her passion has always been luxury residential, and she has spent the past several years building the highest quality homes for a diverse set of local and international clients.
